if I could, I would rate this company a "0"!!! My bf ordered something from here for me on my bday as a surprise to my work. I found out later because they called and let me know that I am receiving a bouquet later in today. Well, thanks for surprised....My bday is on a holiday, so the office normally closes early so I tried to cancel the order or change the address since I wont be in the office by the time they arrive. What good is receiving flowers THE DAY AFTER your birthday? Okay, anything can go wrong but this business has a combination of very bad GPS and not the brightest drivers. Then when I called to find out when/if I would ever receive the flowers, would not an apology be in order somewhere along the way? Never got one. Finally, they arrived. A wilted bunch of carnations. I do not recommend this place!!

This place is the worst. After an attempted delivery, it took over six calls, the voicemail was full, put on hold and forgotten and I could go on and on. I asked them NOT to deliver the flowers now that it is over a week later. They deliver them after 5PM and leave them on a doorstep to wilt and have the vase crack due to the cold temperatures because the water froze. Don't waste your time or money!!

I ordered a same day flower delivery and received a phone call at 2:45 that their shipment didn't come in. They asked if it was okay for the flowers to be delivered the next day. No, it is not. I had them cancel my ordered and had to scramble to find another florist. I couldn't place a same delivery because I was already past the cut-off time. This is unacceptable when running a business. I am not sure what their flowers are like, since I haven't gotten mine yet. My husband ordered flowers as a surprise for Valentine's Day, to be delivered to my work during the day. They called me at 4:30 to let me know they had a flower delivery and that they would not make it to my place of work before I left for the day and was it okay to deliver it the following day.
