Terrible customer service, highly recommend searching out the product you want elsewhere. If you are online ordering, certainly do not order from this website. Worst customer service.

Ordered a circuit board for my Jandy pool heater, when I received the product, the model number did not match what I had ordered and showed on the website. After discussing (via email) this problem with their customer service (George), I was assured that it was the correct model even though it did not match the one currently on my heater, so I had a tech install the new one and it did not work, in fact the unit would not power up. This company does not receive phone call!!! Slow shipping. Place an order on 12/19/20 and was supposedly shipped on 12/21/20. It has had a pending status for over a week.

Insanely fast shipping. I ordered Thursday afternoon and had it on my porch 10am Friday. Will definitely do business with them again!
