I had a great experience as always. The driver, Demonte, was awesome and extremely helpful! I highly recommend Yard Works :)
Hours on Google map are wrong. Closed on Sat and Sun.
Listed as close time 5:00 on Google (updated by the business) Drove all the way out there and sign says closes at 4:00 (M-F). Been there in the past and they do a good job. So not leaving a bad review, but it was a bit irritating…. Then again, poor communication is so entrenched in everything everywhere I guess it is just normal.
Pricing on website does not match when ordered. DELIVERY IS INCLUDED..BUT THERE IS A MILAGE CHARGE AND A EXTRA FULL CHARGE ALMOST A $100 DIFFERENCE.
I placed an order for mulch to be delivered on March 11, order was confirmed via site-one email but they never showed up or notified me. I then called and rescheduled for a delivery on March 16. I received email confirmation but once again they did not show up and did not notify me. Asked if they could could deliver next morning and the declined and no apologies. As a result I had to cancel twice with my laborers. These people are totally unreliable.
