Liaised with Robert, who was polite and prompt. Kelly was late for estimate and, instead of apologizing when she did arrive, she informed us she was in a bad mood--lucky us. We were talked over during our estimate process. No way we'd be able to work with her. It's a shame. The owner impressed us.
