Dirt quality was pretty good, but administration and customer experience was not. Ordered online for delivery on a Saturday. Other than an email confirmation didnt see any contact otherwise. Saturday comes around and still no contact. So I called 25 minutes before their close time and sat on hold to never getting someone. I purchased over 4 yards of the designer red, and it's not red. Redish brown, this is totally different from what I purchased back in the spring. There was so much trash in the mulch, blue plastic strips, large chucks of wood, rocks, gray gravel, brown rocks. It was a mess, the quality of the product has gone down to half a star and that's pushing it. The standard for quality product is gone.
All I saw were piles of dirt and rocks. I don't get it.
Easy in, easy out. Great price.
