Great Gym if you’re staying in Holden Beach or anymore near I highly recommend. The staff is very nice and the atmosphere definitely helps to put you in the right headspace.
This place is awesome! My girlfriend and I were on vacation for a week in Holden Beach and worked out here. Can’t beat the price for a week’s membership. The whole facility was clean and packed with many machines that were up to date and very useful! Will definitely be back next year!

A gem of a gym, with all the equipment I hoped to find. The concept as well is awesome. Great and friendly staff, and spacious enough in terms of where it is, not too many people to work around. Overall, super awesome
