Great Gym if you’re staying in Holden Beach or anymore near I highly recommend. The staff is very nice and the atmosphere definitely helps to put you in the right headspace.

This place is awesome! My girlfriend and I were on vacation for a week in Holden Beach and worked out here. Can’t beat the price for a week’s membership. The whole facility was clean and packed with many machines that were up to date and very useful! Will definitely be back next year!

A gem of a gym, with all the equipment I hoped to find. The concept as well is awesome. Great and friendly staff, and spacious enough in terms of where it is, not too many people to work around. Overall, super awesome

Genuinely, the best gym in ALL of Sunset Beach. If you need a gym while you stay here, this is it. Great equipment, awesome staff, vacation friendly guest passes and superb pricing for long term members. Best of all: the Prison theme. This is one of my all time favorite spots that I’ve just discovered!
