I've signed up and now canceled twice in the past 2-3 years. They do a good job cutting except with weed trimming they won't touch anything that is in a "flower bed". My yard has grass and weeds, not flowers and its quite obvious. Now the negative, each time I've signed up for bi-weekly service, they email around two months in saying they'll only support customers who sign up weekly service. Don't appreciate the bait and switch. So be aware of what you're getting into.
They did a great job mowing, trimming and blowing the yard clean. I am happy with the service that I got. Especially since I don’t have to do it!
We have been supported by Yard Robotics for a little over a month right now. I used to do my own yard however "life happened" and I needed a company to step in and take this chore off of my hands. I have been very pleased with their service and find the technology very fascinating as well. The technicians are very competent, polite and dedicated to doing a professional service.
