Yard Freaks rocks!! I called to place an order and the girl helping me was awesome. Once my order got here, I was thoroughly impressed. I would highly recommend to others.
Absolutely horrible!! When my son's birthday gift did not arrive as promised, I called to inquire. Essentially I was told that yard freak's 3rd party vendor didn't send my item. They took NO RESPONSIBILITY and just said they would cancel my order. Be very cautious when ordering from this "company"
I used YardFreaks to place a business order and loved how fast my order got to me.
Great customer service. Ordered wrong item. Got a refund right away. Very helpful, pleasant people to deal with.
