Update: the yard dawgs team has spoken with me and we were able to come to a resolution to my concerns. I definitely appreciate their commitment to their customers and trying to make things right! Not worth the extra money you pay for their advertised customer care. The in house staff try hard to be helpful but never translates to the staff that actually come out. Had to ask 2 times for them to spray the weeds (pictured below) and customer service said it would be handled. After all that the tech that came out said that area... read more
We started using Yard Dogs 2 years ago and have noticed a significant improvement in weed control and lawn health. They communicate with us regularly and provide timely and effective treatments

Update: Yard Dawgs reached out to me in October when the season was over to apologize and offer me a refund or free services for next season. I accepted a refund (for a service that was not effective) as I don’t hold much confidence in their company now. For that reason I have upgraded my review from 1 to 3. I appreciate them trying to rectify the situation but for me it was too little too late.
