Updating my post: Almost 10 years ago, they wouldn't let me in because my dog was too small. So I sat out back, met a girl there... Long story short, five years later I proposed at this park to that girl, almost ten years later we're happily married with two beautiful kids. To say this place brought people and dogs together is an understatement. We'll miss this place. Glad to be here the day it closed and still hoping some miracle brings it back.
Love this spot!
Traveling from out of town and saw the great reviews at this place. Maybe we just had a bad experience but the other dogs immediately got aggressive towards mine without any provocation on my dogs part and the staff did not really offer any help. So I had my drink(over priced beer) in the leashed area and left. Seems like a nice place but they should call to attention owners who's dogs immediately start barking. My boy was pretty sad he didn't get to play. May try again if we're ever in this area again.
