Been waiting for someone above the regional manager to resolve issues I'm having with staff but they would rather block you. Super unprofessional and my lease is being violated but no one in this company cares. Also the creeks of gladstone not only is missing an appliance from my lease, and refusing to install the missing appliance, but now the company responds back with the same brush off tactic that leaves me no other option than court. Horrible customer service from the corporate office. As a regional property manager, trying to call to obtain information for a property Mary was extremely rude and unhelpful. Asked for information on a property in KCK only having an address and was told to google it and offered no assistance. Her attitude was extremely unprofessional especially being the first person of contact at a corporate office.
I would not recommend doing ANY sort of business with this company. We are a vendor for a few of their properties, specifically Brookside Senior Residence & Parvin Estates and have been chasing this company for a YEAR trying to receive payment for services on HVAC equipment. According to other reviews, we aren’t the only company that this has happened to. Ultimately the tenants will be the ones to suffer because vendors will refuse to work on the properties.
