Horrible place to live , they make up lies to make you look bad. Management is horrible. They refuse to give me my rental ledger . I never was late on anything and I notified them that I wasn’t renewing my lease . They lied said they didn’t get keys etc. When I have video evidence/pictures of everything. I wasn’t there a whole year and with in the time I was there it has been four different property mangers. They charged me a 35 dollar fee after I moved and refuse to show proof of false charges. The management of this company is less than mediocre, The Senior apartments: Brookside Senior previously managed by ( Flinthills Manager) located on 67th & Troost Ave from it's inception 2019-2023 has since gone down tremendously, it's a fraction of what it was in prior years.And the current manager is a disgrace to the occupation, abusive in her communications to the residents and their visitors, one resident has had a broken window for over 30 days shameful. They put the wrong people in charge of their facility. Grandview Apartments in Grand Rapids Michigan is just discussing and a hazard. The manager Fredrick literally hides in his office while the issues continue. The heat went out and he couldn’t be bothered so people had no heat in the coldest part of the year causing a pipe to burst and displacing some tenants be cause they can not use the stairs. this company is predatory. Yarco exploits vulnerable populations, full stop. if you go to the company website, Yarco's value statement does not reflect reality. where i live property managers don't stick around and neither does maintenance; many of them expressed being treated poorly. venders who previously had contracts with my complex say they weren't paid in a timely manner or at all. where i live the property is becoming increasingly unsafe to inhabit because of a continued lack in routine maintenance and upkeep. i think... read more
