Would not recommend anyone to live at a property owned/managed by Yarco. I lived at City Club apartments in the Crossroads and management gaslighted me for 2 months while I had leaks in my ceiling from a roof that hadn’t been fixed and had caused issues for previous tenants… my AC completely going out in the middle of the summer multiple times for days at a time… AND a massive ceiling and wall leak that damaged my entire kitchen from issues in the pool pump room. VENDORS BE-WARE. We are a make-ready vendor for apartment communities across the metro area, and this has been one of the most challenging collection attempts that we have encountered. We sent a demand letter a month ago for an invoice that was due in February and have heard nothing. Highly recommend avoiding doing business with this company.
The community manager at Wycliff West Apt is awful, she is not woman of God. She threatens and scares people and abuses her power. I do not recommend this place if you have anxiety and depression like me. It’s a pity the regional manager Dennis does not take action. I don’t see Yarco management caring for this either.
