Good luck getting your deposit back! I was told the amount I would be receiving but no luck getting it back. I moved out 4 months ago and they just keep saying they'll try to figure out why I haven't received it! Now my calls won't go through to the office of my former apartment complex Creeks of Gladstone OR Yarco Management. I will keep following up...I'm not going to just let it go!!
We are one of the vendors that work for one of the properties specifically La vista Oaks. I would not recommend anyone to rent in this property as they don’t take care of the unit as they should, We already told them that we’re not going to install any more AC units unless we get payment on our account which is more than six month behind, Which mean people that have trouble with their air conditioning will have to wait until they make a payment Or find another vendor. YARCO is the most unprofessional property manager I have ever dealt with. We mow for a living and have worked with many property managers. There has never been a problem until we started working for an apartment complex that YARCO manages. We have mowed the apartment complex near us for 3 years now. The first year they were great about paying. A little slow the second year but we always got it. This last year the apartments have a new owner and YARCO is the property manager. They owe us for 5 months of mowing and landscaping... read more
Inhumane, horrible people who forgive druggies, enabling them to live there while terminating the lease of people they don't like. Professional management doesn't dislike their tenants, period. 😡 It deserves -100 stars. There are many better places to live with professional management.
