I’ve had an excellent experience with American family insurance and especially with my agent, Casey Kurtz at Yarbrough & Associates. Casey has excellent customer service, is extremely responsive and always pays close attention to detail. He’s very knowledgeable and takes time to explain things clearly. Overall he is awesome to work with and I highly recommend him!

Unbelievable service. We had a some severe water damage occur at our home the day before July 4th. We scrambled to stop the water, remove some flooring and personal property to get the situation under control, and then bought 3 dehumidifiers. I spoke with Lisa at 1pm, she had me speak to the claims department right away. Within 30 minutes an adjuster called me. And by 3:30 that same day we had water mitigation folks from ServePro at our house (and we live in a pretty rural area!). They left about 20 industrial strength fans ... read more
Casey and the AmFam team are amazing. We have home, car, camper and life insurance with them and as odd as it may seem to say this about an insurance company, the experience has been wonderful. In an age where so many companies prioritize bottom line over customer service, AmFam does not. Our pipes burst Jan 2024 and Casey walked us though every step. We had an almost 2 hour meeting with Casey to discuss our home, auto and umbrella policies. These had not been reviewed for almost 10 years under a different agency. Casey explained the differences between our older policies and new ones from AmFam. We went through each policy in detail, choosing the best options and coverage for each and how these choices would mesh with the others.
