I received a beautiful arrangement as a gift and the next day some of the flowers had prematurely wilted. I contacted Yara Flowers and without hesitation they offered to redeliver me a new bouquet the next day. Incredibly pleased with the customer service I received. The new bouquet is beautiful.
UNRELIABLE DELIVERY STANDARDS • The floral arrangement arrived a full day after the scheduled delivery date. • Neither the sender nor the recipient was notified of this delay; transparency was entirely absent. • Initiating contact was necessary to locate the order, which is unacceptable for a professional service. The flowers were absolutely gorgeous. Delivered on Mother's Day. Were fresh and perfectly wrapped. They have lasted a full week now and there must be 15 lilies!!!! Will absolutely order from here in the future!
My daughter received what appeared to be a beautiful surprise gift basket of flowers from a dear friend for her birthday last weekend. They were supposed to be delivered Saturday 25 in the morning. The delivery never showed up until we were out for supper. ( were not delivered) They arrived on Sunday 26 later in the day. Beautiful!
