This is the second time that I have gone to Dr. Yap for treatment. He helped me get my wrist back to full range of motion in just a couple of sessions and is now helping with my IT band. I mentioned having sleep issues (where i wake up in the middle of the night) and he spent the second half of my session yesterday working on that. Slept through the whole night! Highly recommend.
