Still just as bad as reviews suggest. Too many doctors working in one practice, got misdiagnosed, forced into surgery and then was ignored during recovery period. Happened a while ago and I'm still suffering from ankle pain.
Botched ankle surgery plus when he was removing my ankle screws (2nd surgery) he forgot to remove one... Had to come back following week to finish the procedure further extending my recovery... Which two years later is still bothering me.
Interesting to read the reviews on here. I thought Dr. Yanoff was terrific and the service some of the best I've ever had, and I've spent a lot of time in hospitals.
The check in staff and nurses were great. PA and Dr Renaud are useless, careless and worthless
so far the service has been ok however they did not have the brace I was suppose to go in. I had to search for a brace on my own. they gave me a prescription which I had to ask for and 2 places to cl neither of which had the brace. I found one in Hartford children's hospital . I went there the next day and was told Yanoffs office had to take my cast off. they wanted to go e me an appointment for a week later.
