I came here in an act of despair after being denied an appointment by Avera Health Ear Nose and Throat for absolutely no reason. They denied me for not having a referral when they WERE in fact sent a referral, and after calling my insurance provider , I learned that if the clinic would have reviewed my insurance plan, they would have seen that I DIDN’T EVEN NEED a referral in the first place.
