Horrible customer service. It took a whole week to even get a call back. Then when I did get a call back, she was already at my house while we were on vacation which wasn't even a scheduled visit. Then she said she would get an estimate for us and "call right back". It's been another week and we have not been called back yet.
Being new to the area, We went to the garden center for the first time today and were very happy with the service and the workers! Kim, the owner, was very helpful, very friendly and is such a strong woman! Not just muscle strength but in character as well!! We will be doing a lot of business with them in the future!
