We called around when our gas furnace refused to light during one of our cold stretches this winter. Yankee responded quickly and sent an experienced plumber ( I think his name was Paul?) who diagnosed the problem (igniter) and had our heat back in short order. Great job, good service!
Don't hire them!! they replumbed my sink. I realized it was leaking. Called them several times, they said they were too busy and they will call when they have somebody available. That was in March....still waiting!
Had an issue with my furnace. Plumber came out took a look installed a check valve that didn't resolve the issue. Said he'd come back no called/no showed. Office will not pick up or call back.
Yankee has helped me with boiler leaks, toilets, sink issues, etc. Recently they installed a new boiler. I had a hard deadline to get it done before selling my house. They were able to fit me in and Adam and Kyle were great to have in the house and worked around my schedule showing the house to prospective buyers. Tammy was great getting back to me quickly to get scheduled, etc. All around a great experience. And they're family owned which I really like.
Had an emergency with some leaking water. They came out within an hour and took care of the issue. Very professional, reliable and reasonable pricing!
