I have lived here 22 years, the was was great until the past few years. They have one full time maintence person for 3 parks, many people complain about the accessibility of the office, and about water issues (which are also affecting the newer homes i.e. cracked cement slabs), yards are left in a horrible state after the park digs them up to fix infrastructure issues.
