The waiting area is warm and inviting, the staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I was completely comfortable from the time I walked in the door until I walked out the door. I have several up coming dental procedures, Dr. John-Varghese explained the procedures and her expectations for the outcomes. If you are looking for a dentist I would highly recommend Lyons Dental.
My second appointment with Lyons, as my first months ago, was excellent in every way. As the first patient of the day it would have been possible to find things disorganized to some extent, but this was not the case. My cleaning seemed excellent and detailed and was not rushed at all. My exam seemed fine, although it is much easier to be impressed when you have no problems as I didn't.All personnel were professional and seemed genuinely friendly.
I have been going to Lyons Dental for probably the last 10 years. My wait is usually very limited and they always fit me in during my lunch hour or close to it. : ) Chris is wonderful to work with and my dental hygentist, Katie, is awesome. They are always willing to sit and discuss any questions or concerns, old or new, that you may have without you feeling like you have to hurry along which is great.
It's always a pleasure when going to the dentist. They are very concerned and thorough.
Dr Johns and her staff are wonderful! My daughter and I received thorough dental treatment in a pleasant, friendly environment. We look forward to our visits.
