We went there for a truck cover , back rack and side steps. It was all good, got the quote and the guy was going to call us later in the week to let us know if he would have everything in stock to be installed the following Saturday . We waited until Thursday and called. The man said he would look into it and get back to us that day or Friday...no call. So that right there tells me their customer service isnt any good. We went elsewhere with our business and we are very happy with there work.
I purchased an Extang 2.0 soft trifold tonneau cover for my 2021 Chevy Silverado. The guy had to repostion one of the support bows on the back so it was easier to latch the cover back by the tailgate. He noticed I was having a problem to latch the cover and came out and did that and I was really appreciative for him taking the time to do this for me. I will recommend this place to anyone looking for truck accessories.
