Took my car to Yankee Car wash after a long trip. What a lousy job. Didn't even get the bugs off the hood or windows. Road tar still on bottom sides. Complained a little & all they did was shrug. Won't ever go there again.
My husband scheduled a detailing for 12:30, when he never got a call back to come pick it up he called them at 6pm and they said 'umm...we can have it done by 6:45" they were still working on it when I dropped him off at that time and it was only 90% cleaned when I got it back. Dust around the corners of the console. Grime in the door pockets. Water spots on the metallic parts. Grass and cracker crumbs along the edge of the carpet under the back seats. This is the only car wash I use. The staff are helpful. Car wash, detail and carpet shampooing!!! Love these guys!
