I have to say that everyone else here who gave bad reviews are 100% accurate. I called the phone number as I was outside the office and she didn’t answer. So I walked in and told her I was interested in taking a look at a duplex they have for rent. She told me I needed to apply but I asked first if I could see the inside of the building before submitting all of my personal information. She very disrespectfully said that I can’t. No wonder this company gets such a bad reputation

This place is a joke. No need to use as they will only care about a commission. Here they will only cater to the biggest credit score or wallet. Unfortunately places like this have become the epicenter for immoral behavior. With the insanity of the housing market and shortage of housing a new system needs to be implemented.

Future renters be prepared for: incredibly rude treatment by the woman who runs his front office, to be responsible for all utilities and for taking care of all of the yardwork and snow removal. You hand him money every month in order to live in an ugly little apartment that comes with major expenses and physical labor. Please pay attention to all of the previous reviews. Slum lord who exploits those who are in need of affordable housing.

Slum lord of the illinois valley never use them for anything the place I was In had several break ins I had to replace everything the landlord is Ron Yankee he's the worst landlord u can have call to have something fixed didn't even come out and tell me anything
