What a joke this place is they sent a $43 bill to collections. She stated that she asked me for a $20 payment last consultation that is a blatant lie because if I owed that they wouldn’t have seen me is what she just stated when I called her on the phone They knew that I had no x-rays remaining for my insurance Willow dental actually gave me a free x-ray because Yang stated I had a crack in my feeling and came in and said I need just to remove the tooth. Absolutely terrible dentist. She rushed through filling 5 cavities in just 50 minutes, and the quality of the work showed. Two of the teeth she “fixed” ended up needing root canals shortly after. She’s careless, lacks compassion, and I wouldn't even recommend her to my worst enemy.
Patty is truly kind and an excellent dentist. When I had a sudden issue, she promptly treated me and provided comfort. She is a reliable and grateful dentist I trust.
