Staff was wonderfull but Yang was atrocious to deal with. I was with my 10 year old son and he kept asking him: ow oh a you. My son didn't understand so he kept repeating ow oh a you. I yokd my son he's asking you how old you are. My son said 10 and he asked again ow oh a you. And he said 10 again. Dr said to my son: can you undestand me? He started explaining things to me and said: do you undestand me? I replied: yes im listening to what you are saying, what do you want me to do?? Genuinely the most horrible experience I’ve had at a clinic. The staff were extremely rude at the front desk and basically said they can’t mail any documents for insurance - they’d have to mail it instead. The nurses were great but the doctor was very pushy and didn’t respond well when I asked questions. Do not recommend to anyone!
ONE STAR ISNT EVEN DESERVED and I absolutely refuse to refer Yang as a doctor as he proved otherwise. I almost never write reviews, especially for medical offices, because I understand the environment can be stressful and wait times can be long. However, today’s experience with Yang was so unacceptable that it cannot go unaddressed. My father waited months for this important appointment only to be met with shocking disrespect, impatience, and arrogance. Always busy. Dr Yang does not have the best " bedside manners" but he's very knowledgeable and helpful.
