friendly staff
My children and I have been going to this clinic for about 12 years. Dr. Chad and the staff are always courteous and willing to answer questions.
Staff is wonderful! Dr. Yan, that s a different story. I was ok with the low dose to help with my allergies , but not the higher one. It affectedu asthma. He did not believe me or want to help me. I wonder why he is at this clinic. Does not want to help people, his way or no way....money is the only thing that matters to him. Would never go back to him. Nurses are wonderful ..
Excellent, knowledgable staff. Helpful, friendly. I’ve been going to Yang Medicine for twenty years, and I’ve only had good experiences.
Can’t even get ahold of the appointment schedule desk. No one picks up, no one calls back.
