Awesome staff and Doctors
They don't respect patient's time. Appointments are booked for a certain time for a reason. There's no reason why I should still be waiting at 12pm when I booked an 11:20am appointment.
As with most health care places in Canada, this office is very busy, so they are fast, direct and to the point to not waste time, some people may be sensitive to this and perceive it as rude. I’ve been happy with the level of care from both the nurses, front staff and Dr. Yang who is generous with samples to try different things to relieve symptoms. I’ll be starting this allergy shots soon and understand that while it helps a lot of people to relieve 70-85% of symptoms, it may not work for me and I may have to do more rounds... read more
