Dr. Yang's office did not verify my insurance and insisted on collecting payment for a colonoscopy which is covered 100% per year for a preventative care, including a colonoscopy. The billing dept. at his office insisted they were correct but never called the insurance to verify this after I repeatedly explained the coverage to them. My insurance had to call them more than once over this matter. Not a good experience for a first visit.
