I'm being forced to go to Oncology Institute for my treatment because my insurance sucks (Allied Pacific) and said that I can no longer go to my previous Dr at House Medicine. I have been calling every day for a week to speak to my new Dr at Oncology Instititue regarding immunotherapy infusion that my previous Dr had me on. Every day since July 21. Every day I am told that someone will call me back within 24 hours. It is now July 29 and I am now a week out past my scheduled treatment and still no call. How is this acceptable... read more
