Pulled up to this black owned beauty supply store and they are closed. It's Friday at 6 and their signs says they are open until 8.
My niece and I went in there trying to shop with her because someone told us about this new Black Owned hair store/ salon in Little Elm. Well, they forgot to mention how over priced she was. The items were double the cost of the hair store up the street on 423 and also they had less in it. The other store gives you more and for less. People always wonder why we shop with the Asian hair store and don't support black owned, well this is a prime example of why not. Open late but overcharged, Update: per your response below if you overcharge you are killing your own business. Something that usually cost 10 a pack at any store black owned or not should not cost 27 bucks. This could be why you are struggling!! I will be sure to drive an extra 15 miles to the next black owed shop to get my supplies. I wish you guys the best.
