I chose Yancey for my reroof because of their business longevity. They've run into every situation imaginable and Brian addressed these concerns in the contract. Being told in advance is an explanation, being told after the fact is an excuse. They gave no excuses. The team working was always on time and did exceptional quality work with dry rot repair. The roof looks great and I expect it to work well for years to come.

When it was his turn, he took the time to start from the beginning and walk me through the company’s history, which really gave me peace of mind.
