I was referred to Yancey. The first time I tried to call Yancey, I was hung up on. I called a second time, but a different number and was hung up on again. A few days later I get a call from a woman saying they had a missed call from me. I told her my experience and that I didn’t feel comfortable using their services. We hired Yancey to replace our roof and replace our A/C with a new heat pump. After 30 day and no dates set for any of the work, and very little contact (had to fight tooth and nail to get answers) then all of a sudden being told we would have to replace our braker box, would have been fine if this was said during initial inspection, not 30 days after!!.
