I recently used Yancey Home Improvements to install a Jacuzzi shower. This experience resulted in one wrong thing after another happening and I would NOT recommend using them! The Project Manager (PM) was a very poor communicator which caused me angst during the installation process. His follow through on deadlines and commitments was terrible, causing me to call multiple times to get resolution to the issues. Yancey home improvement is good company I got roof repair I’m so happy they replaced my roof now my house is Beautiful for other houses. Houston Chau one of the good person I work with it. He’s responsible person, he’s always answers calls.He is great person.
We couldn’t have been more pleased with the warranty re-do of our shower. After Costco washed their hands of us, Jacuzzi had Yancey assigned to do our shower. Cruz advocated for us to have Jacuzzi include a couple of upgrades to help alleviate the trauma/stress of having our shower ripped out for a second time due to no fault of ours. The thought of shopping for a new roof was something we were not excited about. We had a great experience with Yancey Home Improvement for our roof purchase, thanks to Gary Modrall. Gary was patient, informative, and extremely professional throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all of our questions and made sure we understood every step.
