I called and it went straight to voice mail. I left a voice message and did not hear back. I went down to the office just get more information. I was advised that she is a solo practitioner and the office hours are appt only. Her husband would get back to me because "That is the process." There should be a better system for people interested in being new clients. The website provides no guidance whatsoever about this. To this day, I have never ever received a call back.

Dr. Cheng is an amazing psychiatrist. She's understanding and patient and responds to emails very quickly. In addition she allows you to divide the payment for your visits into multiple installments which not a lot of offices do. She has helped me start taking control of my depression and anxiety. She is fantastic.
