I saw Dr Qi yesterday. I had a pleasant office visit with her. She is very professional. The women at the front desk ( I am sorry I did not get her name ) was very personable. I was very relaxed at my first visit.
After I read the reviews of this officer, I was pleasantly surprised today. I had a wonderful experience with the woman at the front desk and even better experience with Dr. Qi. Dr Qi was extremely professional and listened to all of my concerns. She made me feel extremely comfortable.
Dr. Qi, I strongly urge you to find someone who is an actual human being to man the front desk. I’ll just leave it at that.
