Very disappointed and waste of time. Dr Yan didn’t seem to care about my issues at all and gave me a referral to a doctor who retired one year ago. Also, the receptionist told me they only take cash or check for payment which is archaic and I was not notified in advance.

You’re quite honestly treated like a transaction at this practice. The receptionists and doctor are rude / unprofessional. I had some lab work done and was experiencing terrible symptoms. I waited multiple weeks for results and when I called to see what was up, I was told “the doctor is very busy so you have to call for your results and make an appointment in order to review them.” Their system is completely paper-based, so there’s no way to contact the doctor easily. Terrible and irresponsible receptionist. They sent me to take a gastroscope, but nobody gave me any updates in 2 weeks until I call. But weirdly the receptionist said “there’s nothing wrong with the result so why would we contact you?”
Pretty terrible with a two hour wait minimum? The receptionists upfront are clueless with a system that has people waiting forever. People coming in after gets to see the doctor first…even though appointments were made…asked the doctor on why that is, and said that it wasn’t his problem, that he only sees the patients that the receptionists push into the room. RIDICULOUS. Don’t go in there if you want to waste your time.
