Not sure who I spoke to this morning but the girl wasn’t helpful at all, had a nasty attitude and it’s not even 9a.m yet. Wanted to schedule a first time visit for my child and it just sounded as if I’m making her life rough. Not a pleasant place to call first thing in the morning.
Dr. Berger is a wonderful doctor. He pays a lot of attention to details. He is also caring and on time.
Dr Sam has taken care of my MIL with the utmost professionalism. The support staff is an embarrassment. Rude, impatient and downright bothered to do their job. Their performance does not meet the standards of a reputable practice or the patients they are paid to serve.
