I would rate this experience zero stars. After waiting several weeks for my appointment, I received a phone call a few days prior to the scheduled date. The call informed me that my appointment was canceled because Dr. Cowen is no longer accepting new patients. The representative mentioned this as if it were a minor oversight, stating he "just noticed" the mistake, which I find highly unacceptable and frustrating. I believe Akua Boateng was the technician who washed out my ears. She was particularly bright, friendly, knowledgeable, articulate, service conscious, AND efficient. She was a delight and her medical description of how the eardrum is formed and operates was eye-opening. Dr. Shiraz that visited, oversaw and prescribed was terrific, friendly and efficient. Dr. Chen was on time, caring, efficient and knowledgeable. He listened carefully and respected my thoughts on my symptoms. All of RIMG runs like a well oiled machine. I highly recommend this practice.
