I was having, what I thought was a neurological problem, and went to see Dr. Naidu on a recommendation from my GP. After a question and answer visit, she recommended an echo on my artery. That was almost 4 weeks ago and I'm still waiting for results. I called the office and talked to one of her staff and found out, she had not even reviewed it. The girl promised me that the next day, she would review and call with results. Today, is that next day and no results. Thank goodness, I'm not dying.
Dr. Naidu got straight to the cause of our serious problem that other reputable doctors completely missed. Furthermore, she personally answered our panicky off-hour phone call... for us? She is a 5-star PLUS! and that also goes for her caring staff.
