I was very disappointed in the service my daughter was provided by Dermatologist Richard Ecker. I was told(incorrectly) I had to pay for the visit to apply it to our deductible. I informed her we had met our deductible. She told me it was called in and confirmed that it was a new year and our insurance started over. That all plans begin Jan 1st.
