It great love the food n having fun while it's being cooked
Great food and GREAT atmosphere the Best place to eat in MYRTLE BEACH
We wanted to enjoy a nice dinner here, having been here before and really liking it. We check in at the desk to get our name on the list. We are told 20-30 mins wait. We sit in the lobby, and sit, and sit, watching parties of 3, parties of 4, and parties of 2 get seated before us - AND they all came in after us. Kicked out because we had a baby!!! Our party made reservations on Thursday, August 4 for 11 people for August 6th at 7:00. We called back and changed the reservation to 13 people and agreed to change it to 7:30. We were told only 12 could sit at a table so we had to split it up between two which was fine. All of our party arrived except two for unforeseen reasons. So we were told unless all show up by 7:45 we lose are reservation and would be added to the wait list. Poor customer service. Waiter called my parents and mother and law old people. When I told the waiter, Michael, that those old people are my parents, he stated, "let's be real." When my mother and law told Michael that we were leaving because he was rude, he shrugged his shoulders. The hostess staff were friendly and welcoming. We made the manager aware.
They refer to parents as "Old People". Then when we said excuse me that is my mother he said "let's be real." When told we were leaving because of his attitude and verbiage he said "whatever do what you want." To clarify the parent was 62 and the waiters name is Michael.
Long, long wait but it was worth it. We got one of the better chefs and our waitress was lovely. Great food.
