Since 2022, Dr Yamashiro has been my dentist for my routine dental cleaning every 6 months. The receptionist and staff here are very nice. Last December, my #3 big molar chipped off and needed a crown. Dr. Yamashiro was so gentle with his anesthesia injection that I didnt really feel any "pinch". Throughout the prepping the old molar for the new crown and fitting the new crown, Dr Yamashiro would mention verbally what he was doing to keep me informed. My first visit was particularly good. He would explain his procedures in quite simple term. He was very thorough in inspection. I will be going back to see him again. The doctor and his office staff were very friendly.
Very friendly staff here ! Adriana is the sweetest receptionist 💜 I've been coming here for over 3 years for my cleanings since they take my insurance here. I love that when you have an appointment, they see you right away. I have never waited. There's no "waiting" room. Hard to believe huh. I was able to make an appointment through phone call. Prior to the pandemic, we had arranged for a checkup when everything closed. During the meantime, they sent out emails updating me about their situation, so I wasn't kept in the dark. I was able to have my checkup in the end with all the precautions taken care of. Most of the employees I met can speak English and Japanese. They were very polite and professional. I plan to keep coming back.
