I have a theory that Yamas is not actually a restaurant. It’s a Greek agricultural smuggling operation with tables. We’ve been to Greece many times. Somehow the food at Yamas may be better than the food in Greece, which is deeply confusing because most American tomatoes taste like someone described a tomato to a factory. Not here. I loved my server Joss, he was so friendly and kind and so enthusiastic about the menu which made it that more exciting, food was great too!
