very rude front office staff. refused to let my 17 year old attend his appointment by himself. this is not a problem for us anywhere else, seeing as medical freedom occurs at 14 in this state. they would not even let him fill out his own paperwork, which, again, is not a problem anywhere else because he’s SEVENTEEN. they also interrupted my husband at work for inane nonsense. absolutely ridiculous. he won’t be back, we’ll be seeing another doctor for him. outrageous that they don’t know medical law.
For context, via my career in public health, I ran trainings for doctors and other clinicians on trauma-informed, person-centered, culturally responsive care. In addition, as a person with several sensitive identities, I have lived experience expertise on the matter. Scott seems as if he could work decently for patients without vulnerabilities who are not at high risk for bias and stigma related trauma via healthcare professionals. The Best I love First Choice!!!
They are great saved my life.
Filling fall out and filling still hurt. Then bill take forever, when get a bill your don’t enough know for sure if you still billed. It took six to sometimes longer to get a portion bill ( is what they call it) to still pay. I don’t know about you. But it’s time I look for a different dentist.
