Booked my bike in for a 30,000 km service. It's never had a CEL before but when I collected it, the check engine light was on. No one mentioned it, and it hadn’t been cleared. When I asked, I was told it was due to my aftermarket tune they can't do anything, and that “it is what it is.” I’ve worked in the motorcycle industry myself for many years, and that’s not how you treat customers, if something goes wrong during a service, you fix it or at least communicate it.
