I have had the worst experience with Yamaha since getting our motorcycle. Their payment site is the absolute worst. I am signed up to receive emails to notify me of payments and have not received an alert since May 2017. I have been called THREE times before by collections when two out of the three times, the payments were paid the day it was due.
