I’ve been coming here ever since middle school when I first started wearing glasses. Here I am, 10+ years later, extremely grateful my new insurance is accepted here. By far my favorite doctor I’ve had over the years. Dr. Nishio is a super nice guy, extremely professional/helpful, and you can tell he cares for his patients. Made an appointment at 2:15…pre filled forms and came early and let the receptionist know I am there. Waited for more than 30 minutes and at the end I have to walk out. I don’t understand why I was waiting for that long and yet I counted 5 people coming in before me and going straight in for their checkup?? Just wondering why was I treated that way?? My first time there and it was disappointing.
The staff are all friendly and the work they do is top notch. My eyes are in excellent health thanks to Dr. Nishio and his team.
