Avoid them at all costs. I hired this company to install a fire suppression system in my trailer. They installed it incorrectly and the fire marshal wouldn’t pass the inspection. When I spoke to them they said they couldn’t fix it any time soon, and they had no idea on how to do the trip test required for inspection. Long story short I had to pay someone else to fix there mistakes and it costs me a week of revenue and 2k for the fix. BIGGEST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE. Buying from Yally was one of the worst decisions I could have made! We have had this trailer for 1.5 years and there has been one problem after another. The biggest problem was that we had to have all the electrical redone ($6000) because NOTHING WITH THE ELECTRICAL WAS DONE RIGHT and was against code and was a major hazard. Working with Yally Trailers was a pleasure. We needed to get our trailer up to code, and they delivered. Communication was friendly and clear. Any questions I had were answered, overall a great experience and good turnaround time. I will definitely be working with them again in the future, and I highly recommend their services!
