We just finished a Ya'lla tour of Israel and we do not recommend using Ya'lla. The local Israeli tour operator that Ya'lla used had a different itinerary than what Ya'lla had given us. Ya'lla management was dismissive of our valid concerns about the differences and the confusion it caused to several couples on the tour. The tour had some stops that were inaccurately described and ended up being a waste of time.
