Food was cold, super messy. Sloppily put together. This place isn’t even close to as good as Fred’s. Should probably just shut this one down and stick to the cheesesteaks next door.
I didn’t like my food.
Not worth the wait, food was pretty bland and service was non existent. I get it’s a food hall so not expecting much but why does it feel like they are doing you a favor when taking your order?
This review is strictly on a practice this place is doing! Although this is not a restaurant, they automatically add 15% gratuity without your knowledge! When I asked why, I was told it’s because of the world cup and the fact that the employees don’t make enough! What kind of lame 😒 excuse is that? To the owner of this company, start paying your employees enough, don’t pass the buck to your customers because you are so cheap to pay decent wages to your employees. Gratuity is never a mandatory thing!
