Not worth the wait, food was pretty bland and service was non existent. I get it’s a food hall so not expecting much but why does it feel like they are doing you a favor when taking your order?

This review is strictly on a practice this place is doing! Although this is not a restaurant, they automatically add 15% gratuity without your knowledge! When I asked why, I was told it’s because of the world cup and the fact that the employees don’t make enough! What kind of lame 😒 excuse is that? To the owner of this company, start paying your employees enough, don’t pass the buck to your customers because you are so cheap to pay decent wages to your employees. Gratuity is never a mandatory thing!

The food was bland and I got food poisoning! I ordered the Yalla Sabich and there was very little eggplant in it. It was mostly tomato/cucumber and I got very sick later that night. I contacted the restaurant and they attributed it to allergies but I don’t have any food allergies. Anyway, don’t eat here.

The service was terrible! The employee was incredibly rude. (He started out annoyed that I interrupted the book he was reading to ask a question, and things got worse from there.) As to the food, the falafel was fine (although not yummy enough to overcome the bad taste left in my mouth by my experience getting the food), but I did not like the baba ganoush. There are a lot of other choices in Krog street market, so my recommendation is pick somewhere else.
