Delicious coffee every day!
Coffee is often tolerable, but the service is excruciatingly slow. Today, I waited 20 minutes for a drink. Every time I asked the barista if my drink was the one sitting on the shelf, she repeatedly stated "No, that's a Mocha". When I went to talk to the staff about my drink not being there, they flippantly replied "That's your drink right there! Why haven't you taken it?" Learn to hire people who can talk louder than 20 decibels when relaying orders, and know what drinks are actually being served.
Fantastic study space with lots of seats, outlets, and good lighting! I love the creative signs out front and appreciate the specialty drinks during the Holiday season. Staff has always been helpful and thoughtful, whether it's being very informative when I've asked about the different drinks, getting me on the wifi, or just having friendly conversation at the cash register. Would come again!
