My first appointment was last week. Upon intake, I was required to sign a form stating that I had received notice of their privacy and HIPAA practices. I signed the paperwork, and then asked for the forms. After about 25 minutes, they brought me some HIPAA forms from a website, which were not the correct forms. I pointed this out to them and asked for their practice's forms. I waited another 35 minutes and then confirmed with the receptionist that it was 50 minutes past my appointment time. I have just had the best experience with Dr Cardona and her staff, I had to have 2 teeth pulled and never did I feel any pain from start to finish.I had plenty of questions about the procedure ,and they were all anserwed fully and completley,great experience
