I went to this office for my father-in-law's 6-month routine appointment on 3/5/19. The office was poorly run, and here is why. The MA didnt even check his height or weight. The MA asked him his weight and height verbally and entered them in the EHR system. She checked his blood pressure, which was 179/99. I know its urology office, but no question on if he has taken any meds. I requested to obtain a lab result but told to contact medical record.
