I left a comment earlier about how terribly I was treated in this place yesterday and how this miserable woman at the desk told me they couldn't even see me until 2027 which is absurd. They responded to my review and told me to contact them. So I called them at 11:30 a.m. this morning and of course I get a machine which tells me I can leave my number and they'll get back to me. Well here I am four and a half hours later and still no return phone call. So they don't help you when you walk in, and they don't pick up the phone ... read more

It’s impossible to get anyone on the phone. Took over a year to get my son an appointment. After the work was done I called about 15 times to pay a bill over the phone. There was an error with my last name, preventing me from being able to pay online. I could never get anyone on the phone and NEVER received a return phone call. They sent the bill to collections instead of calling me back.

So good!! I had doctor Posada and even due to the state my teeth were in, I finished my treatment in less than two years. They were super efficient!! Thank you
