The RUDEST staff at the desk. God forbid you interrupt their precious conversations to check in/out. Yale, DO BETTER!!
No one picks up the phone when you call the spine center line and it's the only way to contact them to make appointments. I've called multiple times and it just goes to automatic hold indefinitely.
I’m giving this place another opportunity because I met a nice MD that has listen to me, but the front desk staff has been so unprofessional as always. Don’t acknowledge you, act as if you were bothering them, roll of eyes is you try to create conversation and unfortunately as a patient I am more anxious about the encounter with front desk staff in every visit.
